| The Greco Village is a luxurious small settlement planned to be completed by the end of this year. Currently, the first of five houses are in its final stages of construction. It will be completed in 4 weeks time, where then it will serve as a model home for potential buyers. The 2 Bedroom Villa of 105m² shown below is the one being currently constructed, however future houses can be modified to suit one's personal likings, such as creating a third bedroom on the 1st floor.
