The project consists of five steel frame concrete houses, in a plot of approximately 1000m² each. Located on a private road only 2km from the picturesque village of Lithakia.

These images portray how the stone villas will look after completion. The current house is being built using a steel frame construction with outside stone walls.

However, the houses are also available without the stone walls on the outside, which pictures show further down the page.

These are the houses without the stone wall facade but with a concrete wall. This is an alternative to the traditional stone house look which is slightly cheaper, while being the same sized house.
